Job Title: Residential Window Cleaning Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining windows in private homes to ensure a streak-free, crystal-clear finish. The ideal candidate is hardworking, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our residential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to residential properties to perform scheduled window cleaning services.
Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, screens, and frames using proper tools and techniques.
Remove dirt, grime, water spots, and other debris for a spotless finish.
Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with ladders.
Protect clients’ property by using drop cloths and handling equipment with care.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer client questions about services.
Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
Accurately track and record completed jobs, materials used, and hours worked.
Requirements:
Previous experience in window cleaning, janitorial work, or general maintenance preferred, but training will be provided.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Environment:
Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
