About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance and Operations to oversee the non-academic administrative management of the institution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective administration of the graduate school in line with its mission and strategic goals. The successful candidate will serve as the official Treasurer and Secretary of the Corporation, working closely with the President, Vice President and Academic Dean, and the Vice President for Development. Responsibilities include leadership in implementing strategic goals, supervising and mentoring direct reports, maintaining an internal control environment, and providing vision and oversight of the institution's technology and information systems. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial management, including budget preparation, long-range financial planning, financial reporting, and managing endowed and restricted funds.
