Position Overview:

Our Sports Minded Marketing and Promotions Associate works with our clients and engages with customers to determine what services would best fit their needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, knowledgeable about sales, capable of working independently as well as with a team, committed to customer service, and has a competitive mindset. You will work directly with our clients to handle their promotional events, lead requests, and new customer acquisition directly. This position is a great opportunity for competitive individuals who are looking to gain experience and knowledge in the industry. If you have previous experience with competitive team sports, this is a great opportunity. This team runs off healthy competition, leadership, and team building. This is an entry-level role, we are offering this role to the right candidate regardless of previous professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing of the clients products and services to the client's customer base. .
• Participate in regular product knowledge training and sales meetings.
• Update your knowledge about client services, products, and industry trends.
• Participate in leadership development training
• Personally handle the promotional events and activities necessary to ensure the satisfaction of our clients.
• Be responsible for the health and development of the team as a whole, by performing exceptional leadership skills to ensure a fun and safe moral and company culture.

Compensation:

Requirements:
