Role Description

This on-site role, servicing Macys, Nordstrom, Sephora, and Ulta stores in the Greater Seattle Area is for a Seasonal Luxury Fragrance & Beauty Selling Specialist. The specialist will engage with customers, sharing extensive product knowledge, offering tailored customer service, and achieving retail sales goals. Daily tasks involve maintaining product displays according to brand standards, demonstrating and selling Dior fragrances & Beauty, providing joyful, memorable experiences that drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and expertise in luxury fragrances and beauty
• Retail Sales experience and proven sales skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to understand and cater to diverse customer needs
• Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of aesthetics
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is advantageous
