CereCore (HCA) -Nashville, TN, United States Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of automation initiatives supporting the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across our healthcare enterprise. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration of automation technologies—including RPA and workflow orchestration—into clinical and operational processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee a varied portfolio of automation projects aligned with the EHR implementation roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strategic alignment. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including IT, clinical, operational, and vendor stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that support EHR workflows. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between automation teams, EHR program leadership, and business units to ensure clear communication, alignment, and change management. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to EHR implementation timelines. Process Optimization: Collaborate with clinical, business, and technical leaders to identify automation opportunities that streamline processes, shorten implementation timeline, and reduce manual effort. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, and dashboards for executive leadership and governance committees. Compliance & Quality: Ensure all automation solutions comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), internal policies, and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification preferred 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or IT. 3+ years managing automation or digital transformation initiatives. Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) is highly desirable. Experience in large-scale EHR implementations. Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification. Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, scripting). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity, PowerPoint Timeline).
