The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and will be capable of driving both team performance and Agile best practices. This role requires a proactive leader who can coach, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams while managing complex technical projects. Key Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies. Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Promote transparency and visibility through effective use of Agile tools and metrics. Support the team in Kanban practices where applicable. Required Qualifications 57 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban. Experience working with Java development teams. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-starter with the ability to drive team progress independently. Preferred Qualifications (What Will Make You Stand Out) Experience managing infrastructure projects . Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms , especially AWS . Familiarity with networking and database technologies. Experience using Miro or other digital whiteboarding tools. Cisco certification or equivalent networking credentials.
