Sales Manager – Chapman Automotive Group, Tucson

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support our sales staff in all phases of the client experience
  • Ensure adherence to the A-Z sales process, supporting our single-point-of-contact model
  • Oversee and integrate F&I operations seamlessly into the sales journey
  • Set performance standards and coach team members toward excellence
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, assisting in client interactions as needed
  • Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years in automotive sales management, with F&I experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike
  • Passion for cars, technology, and providing a truly premium experience
