Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager supports daily operations and works closely with the General Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and maintain high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of management experience who’s ready to grow and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate team members with a hands-on approach
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching
• Interview and help hire new team members
• Resolve guest concerns with warmth and professionalism
• Execute opening and closing routines
• Help drive local sales and maintain food quality standards
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast food preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with both FOH and BOH operations
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stable work history with demonstrated commitment
