Experience with CA PPM Clarity, ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Agile methodologies (User-Centered Design, Lean Six Sigma, DevOps), Data and Analytics projects, Master Data Management, Clarity, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
