As a Phlebotomist Specimen Processor at OLG Ortho Lab, this role involves performing phlebotomy procedures, processing, accessioning, and distributing patient specimens to support laboratory testing and patient care. The position requires strong computer skills, knowledge of venipuncture, and effective communication with patients and healthcare staff. The role is essential in ensuring accurate specimen handling while adhering to compliance, safety, and privacy standards within a healthcare environment.

This job performs various laboratory functions to support the department in patient care. Conducts phlebotomy procedures; processes and receives specimens; accessions specimens; distributes specimens; and performs and results specific test procedures.Education
