Position Summary
The Recruiting Specialists primary responsibilities are to support the hiring and onboarding of new staff at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, with a critical focus on developing candidate pipelines and screening applicants for the Security and Visitor Services departments. Additionally, the Recruiting Specialist oversees new staff onboarding and the job description library.
