About the Resort

Ocean Key Resort and Spa is a 4?diamond award?winning resort located in downtown Key West, FL. With 100 guest rooms, two restaurants, a tranquil spa, pool, lounge, fitness center and more, we offer a bustling hospitality environment.

Job Type: Full?time

Responsibilities

• Providing guest assistance & personal services, including reservations, transportation, and special requests.
• Offering local expertise & recommendations (dining advice, navigation).
• Coordinating operations such as luggage, mail, and lobby management.
• Passing a Motor Vehicle Driving record request if offered the position to be covered on company driving insurance.

We are only considering applicants who reside in the Florida Keys or have secured housing for relocation to a commutable distance to Key West.

Requirements

• Previous local Concierge experience, preferably at a luxury property.
• Forbes training experience and/or knowledge is a plus.
• Computer and software proficiency: efficient keyboard use, logging in/out, navigating the operating system.
• Internet and web navigation: using browsers, searching for information, utilizing company online software systems.
• Physical ability to lift 550 pounds on occasion; push/pull 50+ pounds on occasion.
• Ability to endure various physical movements throughout the work area.
• Remain stationary and mobile for at least 8 hours per shift.
• Effective communication with guests, management, and co?workers.
• Positive attitude.
