Job Description
We are a general contracting company seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of construction projects from the moment they are approved through to completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring each project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets our quality standards. You'll help guide the job from start to finish, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Comfortable managing multiple projects and handling issues as they arise
Professional appearance and demeanor
Tech savvy (smartphone apps, photos, spreadsheets, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
