Who our client is:

A leading global manufacturer for the beauty industry. Their century of industry expertise, expansive product portfolio, and 12 strategically located manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia allow us to deliver unparalleled end-to-end solutions on a global scale. Together, we are searching for a Pricing Analyst to join their team on-site at their South Plainfield, NJ location .

Requirements:

  • Design and maintain robust pricing models tailored to diverse customer segments, integrating market dynamics, cost structures, and competitive positioning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Estimating team to support pricing decisions, providing financial insights on unique or complex jobs to inform accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Review and validate operational assumptions embedded within pricing models, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and production teams to verify cost inputs and capacity constraints, maintaining model integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or cost engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Estimating, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools a plus.

Compensation: $85k-$95k based on experience.
