Job Title: ETL Application Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions for data delivery using Ab Initio, Talend, and/or DataStage.
• Collaborate with development, testing, production support, DBAs, SysAdmins, and other stakeholders.
• Work on both new and existing applications, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Provide production support and maintain technical documentation (data definitions, models, flows).
• Develop utility frameworks for logging and monitoring, and support Agile development processes.

Must Have:

• 7–8 years of hands-on experience with ETL tools (Ab Initio, Talend, DataStage).
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse design, ETL methodologies, and enterprise-level application development.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle databases, SQL, Unix Shell scripting, and troubleshooting ETL jobs.
• Experience in production support, managing deadlines, and working in dynamic environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Autosys, Talend upgrades, CVM/EOVS issues, and release/change management.
• Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Ruby, etc.
• Exposure to financial services domain and Agile methodologies.
