What You’ll Do:
• Drive Revenue: Generate new business, close sales, and meet/exceed monthly targets (avg. $5K+ monthly commissions).
• Lead Elite Trainers: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of 5–10 top-tier personal trainers.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee training quality, conduct in-home and onsite sessions, and ensure every client experience is 5-star.
• Build Systems: Manage CRM data, scheduling, and sales pipelines while collaborating daily with the CEO.
• Grow With Us: Step into a career track that leads directly to senior leadership.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
• 3–5 years of fitness management or personal training leadership experience
• A nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM)
• Proven fitness sales experience and revenue growth success
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• CPR/AED certification
• A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally for work
• The desire to be mentored by the CEO and build something great together
