Compel Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Manager for their Glen Burnie, Maryland location. Compel Fitness is a fast-growing national personal training company that provides a positive and exciting work environment, as well as a springboard for career growth and opportunity. We are looking for a part-time employee with full-time ambition who is goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and has a passion for fitness.

Descriptions of daily responsibilities of Personal Training Manager include:

1. Responsible for the overall quality of the Training Department

2. Developing, hiring and managing a Personal Training Staff

3. Coaching/Leading clients through small group and team training sessions (5-10 sessions per week)

4. Providing superior customer service to all personal training clients

5. Increasing member participation in our training programs, while maximizing member retention

6. Maintain and nurture excellent relationship with entire gym staff

7. Manage and execute our client communication, schedules, and operations processes

8. A strong focus on client engagement, experience, and education

Must have a minimum 1-2 years of Personal Training experience and hold a current Personal Training Certification.

Job Type: Hybrid (Part-time/Full-time)

Personal Training Manager Expected Income: $40,000 - $60,000+ annually (projected earnings w/ base plus commission & bonuses)
