What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Field Representative, you'll be a vital link between Spectrum and their customers. You'll make field visits to homes to:
Work with customers to resolve past-due accounts.
Assist with equipment recovery.
Provide advice and support to help customers maintain their services.
Accurately record all your activities using our user-friendly software.
Is This You? We're looking for motivated individuals who:
Enjoy being active and working outside.
Are comfortable talking to people and problem-solving.
Have experience in sales, customer service, or even previous cable tech/CSR roles (a plus, but not required!).
Are eager to learn and grow in a new profession.
Qualifications:
Work Schedule:
Full-Time: Typically 5 days a week, including required Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Evenings and afternoons are common.
Part-Time: Flexible schedules available.
