Responsibilities - Automotive Body Shop Manager:

• Oversee all daily operations of the collision center to ensure production efficiency and high-quality repairs
• Lead and manage a team of estimators, body technicians, and painters
• Coordinate repair schedules, parts ordering, and workflow to maximize throughput
• Maintain compliance with OEM repair standards and safety protocols
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments
• Track performance metrics, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote accountability and growth

Requirements/Qualifications - Automotive Body Shop Manager:

• 3+ years of experience managing an automotive collision or body shop (dealership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems (CCC ONE or similar), and insurance procedures .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining high quality standards.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• I-CAR certification or equivalent industry credentials a plus.
