LPA is seeking a passionate Landscape Designer to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life. What You Will Do Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects Review and process construction administration documents Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination What We Offer At LPA, your growth and contributions matter. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture 2+ years of experience in all phases of Landscape architecture projects Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Commitment to building a long-term professional career LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas, focused on creating forward-thinking, sustainable spaces that make a positive impact.
