We are looking for an experienced Django Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Django and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills, experience with cloud infrastructure, and a solid understanding of secure development practices. This role involves working with modern DevSecOps tools, event-driven architecture, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines. Key Responsibilities Develop robust backend solutions using Django and Python. Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform. Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka. Apply secure development practices in line with DevSecOps principles. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing. Develop and maintain automated test suites using frameworks like pytest. Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL. Build and integrate custom APIs using authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0 and SAML. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in Django development for enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in Python for backend development. Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kafka. Understanding of DevSecOps and secure coding practices. Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks. Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and API development. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Open edX or other open-source LMS platforms. Familiarity with Docker and containerization. Experience with GitHub, npm, and pipenv. Prior experience mentoring junior engineers. Strong communication and documentation skills.
