We’re partnered with a Virginia specialty construction company with a 25+ year record of success. Their work powers some of the most recognized convenience and retail fuel brands in the region.

If you’re currently stuck in your role at a larger GC but you're eager for more autonomy, this role could be for you!

Day-to-Day Includes:

• Begin focused on estimating; shift to 50/50 PM split as you grow
• Conduct take-offs and site visits for highly specific bids
• Coordinate with field crews and vendors to align on budgets and execution
• Visit job sites weekly once you’re ramped up (local/regional travel)
• Learn and grow under direct mentorship from senior leadership
• Utilize estimating software and tech

Must-Haves:

• 2–5 years of construction experience (ideally in commercial or industrial)
• Exposure to estimating or project management — open to teaching one side
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience such as 4-5 years of hands-on background (e.g., grew up in the trades or construction family)
• Comfortable with Excel and project coordination tools
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings

Nice-to-Haves:

• Fueling/petroleum, mechanical, or utility construction experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $60,000–$80,000
• Performance Bonus : Up to 10% annually

This role is NOT hybrid or remote. It is on site and in the field.
