Job Summary: Our historical approach to growth has been focused on interaction with our customers using traditional methods. We are creating a new group of skilled individuals to take a deep dive into several online marketing strategies while focusing on efficiently and profitably. This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your creative online skills and talents to work alongside a highly focused Team that is implementing an online strategy that is creative, exciting, rewarding, and profitable for the entire LKQ Remanufacturing Division (10+ Brands). You will be creating digital content. (images/video/display) for emails, direct mail, social media, search marketing, as well as creating landing pages, banners and other call-to-action methods for online products and promotions, all the while tracking the user experience through the entire sales funnel with accuracy using Google Analytics. Essential Job Duties : - Work alongside the Strategic Sales Team to think outside-the-box and develop online opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Work closely with our Brands across our division to maximize ROI.
- Manage multiple projects while bringing your own creative ideas and energy to work every day.
- Work with Team to execute/maintain marketing content channels strategies (social media, Google, email marketing, print, and more)
- Create digital and print design for a range of projects, including brand identity, landing pages, digital advertising media, social media posts and graphics (static and animated), packaging, in-store materials, sales and promotional materials and more.
- Implement projects with the sole goal of offering the best user experience flow and keeping monetization in the forefront of every project.
- Manage brand and product activation initiatives across all platforms.
- Work collaboratively across all brands assigned.
- Maintain efficient and scalable production of all digital print assets.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Review marketing channel campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Research new marketing tools and programs.
- Assist with the coordination of media buying.
- Lead social media marketing with brand awareness, promotions, and sales as well as user-engagement.
- Mastering online sales funnel for maximum monetization opportunities.
- Assume other duties as necessary.
Requirements Basic Qualifications Education Experience : - Degree, Diploma or Certification in marketing/advertising, graphic design, or database management or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management and audience management, preferably with B2C audiences.
- 2+ years graphic design experience (automotive a BIG plus)
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing methods.
- Experience with Email Design and best email practices, Jira, Zendesk, Word Press, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more.
- Proven success in a corporate setting working with all levels of management.
- Knowledge of MS Office required. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a PLUS!
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Omniture, SEMrush, etc.).
- Upsell, Cross-sell, Add-on creative marketing skills required.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creative mindset with initiative, drive, and curiosity.
