Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill is seeking an entry-level Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at our corporate office in Lehi, Utah. If you are looking for a fun, fast-paced, and team-centered environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!

POSITION SUMMARY

The entry level Data Analyst will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for department heads such as Operations, Marketing, Accounting, HR, etc. primarily using DOMO. This position will help maintain the Marketing and Accounting dashboards and ad hoc reporting as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relevant reports for department heads such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Build relevant reports for others to access
• Responsible for training users on the BI Tool
• Use the BI Tool to create insights for management
• Provide KPI information on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional computer-based skills expertise in basic Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and reporting platforms
• Must be able to gather and analyze information, efficiently, thoroughly, and accurately
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member
• Four-year degree strongly preferred
• 0 to 1 year of experience
• Experience with Restaurant365 (accounting software), DOMO, Snowflake, or Python a plus
