Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney specializing in Transactions and M&A to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. This position involves providing legal advice and support to ensure successful business transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction documents
• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Assist in structuring and executing complex business transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and develop strategies
• Manage relationships with external counsel and stakeholders involved in transactions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and transactions
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
