About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a comprehensive people framework that aligns with the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of a talented workforce, as well as driving performance to meet the company's ambitious goals. This includes optimizing the organizational culture for mission delivery, leading change and transformation projects, and embedding values and behaviors across the organization. The Chief People Officer will also be a key figure in leadership development, and will work closely with the Executive Director of Equity and the EDI team to implement strategies that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.
