Job Description
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you are responsible for managing accounting, finance, and facilities for Prisma Community Care. In addition to providing guidance and leadership in the areas of finance, you are directly responsible for (a) managing cash flow; (b) weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting tasks; (c) coordinating reimbursement requests to federal, state and county funders; (d) serving as the audit liaison; (e) serving as the liaison to the Treasurer and Finance Committee; (f) managing facilities and (g) implementing finance office process and technology improvements. In this role, you'll manage the Accounting Manager, Director of Facilities & IT, and the Senior Grants & Contract Manager.
In this role, you'll support the Prisma Community Care mission of providing affirming and inclusive services to promote well-being and advance health equity for diverse communities and all those seeking compassionate care - especially people of color, 2SLGBTQIA+ and Queer individuals, and those affected by HIV.
