Experience & Key Responsibilities: - Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient appointments and procedures
- Take digital scans, x-rays, and impressions as directed
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and after appointments
- Provide patient and parent education on appliance care, oral hygiene, and treatment progress
- Keep clinical areas clean, stocked, and organized according to infection control standards
- Support scheduling and patient flow as needed when required by the practice
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
- Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (but eager, trainable candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented work style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment
- Radiology/X-ray certification and CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain (depending on state requirements)
