The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction Sales to spearhead business development for its multifamily renovation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the multifamily sector, with a focus on capital expenditure projects. This role demands a proven construction sales professional with a strong background in the industry, particularly in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. The VP will be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, driving sales of various renovation and remodeling projects, and overseeing the full sales process from prospecting to contract close. Collaboration with the internal operations team is essential to ensure the seamless delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in selling construction, renovation, or CapEx projects in the multifamily sector, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet substantial annual sales targets. The role requires an individual with an established network in multifamily construction, a strong understanding of general contractor and subcontractor structures, and the ability to generate leads independently.
