We are looking for an energetic, friendly valet to park cars for our establishment. The valet's responsibilities include greeting our tenants, parking cars carefully, and returning vehicles quickly when tenants are ready to leave. To be successful as a valet you must have the stamina to stand for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly. A great valet has excellent driving skills and good customer service skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every tenant with a smile and friendly words
• Open doors and assist tenants entering and leaving
• Park cars safely
• Retrieve cars in a timely manner and deliver back to the tenant exactly how they left it.
• Monitor and direct private and commercial vehicle traffic when necessary
• Supply directions and information about amenities and services
• Thank tenants with real admiration and provide a fond departure
• Anticipate tenant service requirements
• Provide help to individuals with disabilities
• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• No prior traffic offenses
• Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform
• Excellent customer service skills
