Our Fleet 2022-2024 Ram 5500s and Late model custom-built trailers modified to haul multi-million dollar boats! Our technicians are not responsible for any internal or major powertrain repairs! All of our trucks are under warranty; all catastrophic failures/repairs are handled by Team Ram. Qualifications Passion for meeting and always exceeding service standards Experience with Fleet Maintenance Software Experience with iPads Capable of following Standard Operating Procedures, as our processes are specific to Palmetto Yacht Management and must be followed at all times. High School Diploma or GED Experience Experience Performing Automotive/Truck Preventive Maintenance: 1 year (Required) Experience Servicing/Rebuilding Hubs (Bearings, Seals, Races): 1 year (Required) Experience with Electric Over Hydraulic Trailer Brake Systems: 1 year (Preferred) Experience with Wiring and troubleshooting 12v DC Systems: 1 year (Preferred) Experience with Trailer Suspension Repair: 1 year (Preferred) Light Welding Experience: 1 year (Preferred but not required) The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of auto/trailer mechanical repair experience.
