We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst with approximately three years of experience to join our treasury team. This role involves processing payments, managing expense reports, and supporting treasury operations to ensure efficient cash flow and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process domestic and international payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of payment transactions and expense reports.
• Monitor and manage company bank accounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment or expense reporting.
• Support compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of payment processing, cash management, and expense reporting best practices.
