LanceSoft is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in West Burlington, Iowa.

Position Overview
This role requires participation in additional on-call hours, averaging 70–80 hours over a 4-week period, with a required response time of 30 minutes. The position is structured as four 10-hour shifts per week, plus on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver intraoperative patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction of physicians, registered nurses, and other operating room personnel.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure all aseptic techniques are followed throughout procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms by gathering and setting up all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Pass instruments, sponges, and other sterile supplies to the surgeon and surgical team during procedures.
• Provide direct patient care in a sterile environment across a range of surgical specialties.
