Job Details:

• Work 2 - 24 hour shifts per week
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Every other weekend as needed with scheduled rotation
• Holidays as needed and available
• No on-call requirements
• May float to other locations in north and central regions based on staffing needs
• Must live within 50 miles of facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin EMT Paramedic Certification, Active WI Driver's License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, MI Paramedic Certification
• WI CCP (Critical Care Paramedic) Endorsement preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience preferred with IFT/Critical Care experience needed
• High School diploma and successful completion of EMS paramedic program required
• Training provided on Zoll EMS Charts platform
• Work in various crew configurations (EMT/Medic, Medic/Medic, RN/EMT, RN/Medic)
• Provide basic and advanced life support treatment and patient care
• Conduct ongoing patient assessment and documentation
• Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record chart information
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with treatments and tests
• Must demonstrate collaborative teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Must exhibit strong decision-making skills and ability to perform under stress
