Weekends and holidays as assigned
Duties
• Triage and assess patients in outpatient clinics
• Obtain vital signs and perform focused assessments
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations
• Assist providers with minor procedures
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions
• Coordinate labs, imaging, and referrals
• Document all care in the electronic health record
• Follow infection control and safety standards
• Support chronic disease management and preventive care
Requirements
• Active RN license in any US state
• BLS required, ACLS preferred
• One year recent outpatient or acute care experience
• Experience with EHR systems
• Ability to pass federal background check and credentialing
• IHS or tribal health experience preferred
