Education: Education · Graduate of an accredited school of Social Work (MSW)
Experience · Previous medical hospital social work strongly preferred
Shift: 8a - 4p
Must have active/valid NJ license at the time of submission.
Please make sure that candidate has hospital experience and inpatient adult discharge planning experience.
