Job Description

Title Office Manager

Lead. Drive. Deliver.

We’re looking for a dynamic Title Office Manager to take full ownership of branch operations—leading a high-performing team and ensuring every closing, title product, and client interaction reflects the highest standards of accuracy, speed, and service.

This role is for someone who thrives on accountability, motivates teams to perform at their peak, and takes pride in delivering a flawless client experience from title search to funding.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Oversee daily branch operations, train and mentor staff, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure Operational Precision: Manage title search preparation, review, and delivery to lenders—maintaining strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee Closings: Direct all aspects of the closing process—scheduling, documentation, compliance, and client communication—to ensure every transaction runs seamlessly.
  • Control Escrow Integrity: Monitor, reconcile, and balance escrow accounts with full accountability for accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive Performance: Track and report production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong referral partnerships, representing the company at professional events and within the community.
  • Manage Vendors: Oversee vendor contracts, verify insurance coverages, and ensure service partners meet performance and compliance standards.
  • Lead by Example: Step in when needed—supporting all areas of operation to ensure business continuity and top-tier client satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage, title, or related financial services.
  • Proven success in team leadership, operations management, or branch oversight.
  • Deep understanding of title processes, escrow balancing, and closing procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with title software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Tennessee Title Insurance Producer License preferred (or ability to obtain).

Why This Role Matters

As the Title Office Manager, you’re the operational heartbeat—ensuring every transaction is precise, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll lead a skilled team, develop client and lender relationships, and continuously raise the bar for service excellence.

If you’re ready to run a high-performing operation with the autonomy and accountability that come with leadership, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
