Important Note: This role requires that candidates hold an MD or DO license and maintain 15 or more active U.S. state medical licenses . Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Position SummaryThis fully remote physician role is central to supporting patient onboarding and ongoing care through virtual visits. You'll conduct clinical assessments, manage medications, collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers, and help optimize internal tools and protocols for care delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual initial evaluations for patient onboarding using clinical guidelines
Manage medications and treatment plans via a proprietary digital platform
Monitor patient symptoms and make timely clinical interventions
Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications or care plans
Contribute clinical feedback to improve tools, workflows, and systems
Participate in twice-yearly travel for chart reviews
Serve in a rotating on-call schedule as needed
MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABMS)
15+ active state medical licenses (IMLC participation preferred)
Minimum of 2 years clinical practice experience post-training
Experience providing virtual care via telehealth platforms
Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary clinical teams
Comfort with adopting new technologies and platforms
Must reside in the United States
100% remote position with flexible Monday–Friday hours (10 AM–6 PM in your time zone)
