We are currently seeking a Telecom Expense Management Advisor to join our team in Wantagh, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage all Monthly Non-PO Telecom expenses for all Fixed -Wireline global vendors for NTT Client  Review, Audit, and Process an estimated 500-1000 invoice per month with revenue spend of approx. $9 Million
• Identify hard credits due to billing anomalies with Vendors
• Provide Bi-weekly payment analysis reports to client and internal stakeholders 
• Address invoice issues with payments fail through SAP
• Audit inventory across client continuum and 3rd party Data Centers to identify cost savings 
• Monitor and Manage orders procured by client business units 
• Address all outstanding AR and reconcile past due issues to ensure service is not compromised
• Cooperate with Client finance team to correctly provided and documented 
  

Required Qualifications:

• Must have 5+  years’ Telecom Experience

• Experience with Business Analysis-Payer Systems, Quality Audits, Accounts Payable, and/or Recovery/Overpay

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced client/vendor service skills and leadership capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills / organizational and time management skills
• Excellent expense budgeting, business financial and other P&L skills
• Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans
