Executive Recruiter for Finance and Accounting Professionals at LHH (Formerly known as Parker+Lynch)

Were partnering with a fast-growing company in Austin to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax professional who thrives in a vibrant culture with regular employee events, happy hours, and a supportive team environment.

Why This Role Is Open:

The company is experiencing rapid growth and launching new projects, requiring additional support on complex tax matters and federal reporting.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns
• Handle partnership tax matters , including K-1 allocations and reporting
• Partner with Big Four firms on complex tax issues and compliance matters
• Assist with tax provision calculations and reporting
• Support tax planning strategies and special projects tied to growth and expansion
• Maintain compliance with evolving federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Serve as a resource to cross-functional teams on tax-related matters

What Were Looking For:

• CPA or CPA-eligibility required
• 3-6+ years of corporate tax experience, ideally with some public accounting foundation
• Strong knowledge of federal income tax compliance and reporting
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating with external advisors
• Highly organized and proactive with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and excited to contribute to a fun, fast-paced workplace
• Team-oriented and casual culture, expect collaboration, not cubicles
