Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid - Tampa Area)

Location: Tampa, FL Metro Area (Hybrid with onsite visits every 60-90 days to facilities in and around Tampa, mileage paid)

We're seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, and attract top talent. This is a unique hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work with essential on-site collaboration in the vibrant Tampa area.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with assigned hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and formulate robust talent acquisition strategies.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from developing comprehensive recruitment plans and sourcing strategies to conducting behavioral interviews, assessing candidates, and extending offers.
• Market Expert: Utilize external tools to analyze labor market conditions and educate hiring managers, while articulating the business line and market positions to potential candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, working with TA Coordinators to facilitate timely start dates.
• Impactful Results: Analyze productivity metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve and exceed industry benchmarks.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven recruiting/sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise in social networking, internet tools, and job boards for sourcing.
• Must reside in the Tampa or surrounding areas (no Orlando).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Healthcare recruiting experience.
• RPO experience.
• Certification in Talent Acquisition (HCI, NAHCR, RACR) or HR (HCI, SHRM).
