Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Location: Hybrid | San Jose, CA or Somerset, NJ

Job Type: Contract (3-6 months, with potential for extension)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract), you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and driving talent strategies to support business needs. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders, think creatively to source top talent, and work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.

A Day In The Life

  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned searches, handling 10-20 requisitions at a time.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of cold outreach, Boolean searches, LinkedIn/HireEZ, and other platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver competitive offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a seamless hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical and/or manufacturing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to source proactively—you don’t just wait for applicants!
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of compensation structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Workday).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Contract recruiting experience preferred.
