Lone Mountain is currently seeking a fun, energetic and creative Camp Manager for one of our most popular summer camps!
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Candidates must be encouraging to students, show strong customer service skills and love working with kids. Position require physical movement and the ability to move quickly and comfortably over uneven surfaces, able to walk up and down stairs frequently, bend and stand quickly, able to lift 25+ pounds, working both indoors and outdoors at community parks. This position requires interacting with and oversight of children in our swimming pool as part of the camp schedule. Previous coaching or youth instruction experience required.
This is a high energy job that requires patience, compassion, a sense of humor and the desire to help children be successful.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: instructing students age 6 - 11 years old within a variety of movement-based curriculum, maintaining a safe environment through effective instruction and class management strategies, carrying out organization cleaning protocols, corresponding with parents in a professional manner, implementing and demonstrating a commitment to safety and showing care for all children. The ideal candidate will be high energy but caring and empathetic to children's needs. They will also need to demonstrate strong team skills to work with other camp staff, show creativity in youth activities and be upbeat, positive and effective at carrying out camp schedules and contingency plans.

This is a part or full-time role and can transition into working throughout the school year.
