Hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators


Hours: 1 st , D ays - Flexible (including Weekend)

Payrate $18.00 hr.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

• Operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials.

• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning

• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and documenting product movements

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• Use of handheld scanners.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including picking and packing orders

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively in both languages

• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, is required.

External Basic Qualifications:

Experience on Stand Up Forklift REQUIRED

• Willing to work a flexible shift.

• Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Willing and able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

• At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment.

• At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.

• At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory
