Champion Personnel has a current opening for a Staffing Recruiter for our corporate office located in Independence, Ohio. Champion is family owned and has been in business for 60 years. We have 4 offices in Northeast Ohio and staff for a range of positions including: manufacturing, customer service, office and technical. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, family based culture where strong performers are well rewarded.

Pay is negotiable based on experience. This position will offer a generous base wage and an UNCAPPED commission structure. This is a great opportunity for a money motivated individual with great problem solving skills.

Job Duties:

• Proactive recruiting of potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools to identify and attract talent.
• Contacting potential candidates via call, text or email and screening/scheduling interviews.
• Interviewing candidates and working alongside our Brand Managers to successfully fill open positions with the most suitable candidates.
• Maintaining constant communication with candidates- both working and available to work.

Requirements:

• Prior Staffing/Recruiting/Hiring experience preferred.
• Computer literate. Data entry. Microsoft programs.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service.
• Great communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Must be a highly motivated individual who takes initiative to get the job done.

This is a 1st shift position. Monday-Friday. 8am to 5pm
