AS&G is seeking an experienced and motivated Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team in Arlington, TX . This is an in-office role , reporting directly to our Arlington location. You will work closely within a team of Workers Compensation Adjusters —to deliver exceptional claim handling while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations.

As a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in driving high-quality outcomes and supporting team success. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations, and AS&G guidelines
Delivering consistent, high-quality claim investigations, evaluations, and resolutions
Collaborating with colleagues to promote a productive, service-driven team environment
Maintaining timely communication with stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer service
Documenting claim activity clearly, accurately, and in compliance with internal requirements
