Job Description

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support to students in a K-12 school setting, serving a mild to moderate caseload. This contract position runs from August 13, 2025, through June 22, 2026, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek. The role involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.

Key qualifications and desired experience include:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience or licensure as an SLP in school settings (SLP-School)
• Ability to manage a caseload of K-12 students with mild to moderate communication needs
• Strong knowledge of speech and language intervention strategies appropriate for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Location: Georgetown, TX

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving speech and communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student progress in the school environment
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state reporting requirements
