We operate both residentially and commercially in multiple states, including Utah, Colorado, Florida, and Texas.

Position Available:

• Commercial Installers (Florida)
• Residential Installers (Texas)

Primary Responsibilities: As a Solar Panel Installer, you will:

• Work primarily in Miami, Tampa, and surrounding areas.
• Follow planned PV system configurations based on customer needs, site conditions, and supervisor specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble support structures for solar panels.
• Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards.
• Connect PV panels to the electrical system.
• Apply weather sealant to installed equipment.
• Activate and test PV systems.
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools, including drills, wrenches, saws, and screwdrivers, for panel setup and connection to frames, wires, and support structures.
• Check electrical systems for proper wiring, polarity, and grounding, performing maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to travel between states as required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday (Must be open to overtime)

Pay Scale (Depending on Experience - DOE):

• Entry Level: $18-25/hr
• NAV-Set: $25-35/hr
• Journeyman's Card: $30-40/hr Pay increases for employees willing to travel between states.
