Our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team!

Location: Greenwood Village, CO. Onsite 5 days per week.

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team to deliver maximum customer value.
  • Manage traditional project aspects including scope definition, status reporting, budget oversight, and risk/issue resolution.
  • Serve the team and Product Owner in turning requirements into working software and tracking progress. Collaborate on requirements definition through user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Foster continuous improvement through effective retrospectives.
  • Lead troubleshooting calls with vendors and external partners.
  • Manage and track defect resolution, including updating defect statuses.
  • Coordinate and schedule troubleshooting meetings with internal and vendor teams.
  • Proactively follow up on defect fixes with both internal and external teams.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to determine the status of issues and tasks.
  • Ensure tickets are routed to the correct teams and follow up on their progress.
  • Provide weekly status updates to leadership.

Here is what our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master is required, with a strong background in enterprise-level environments.
  • CSM certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively interfacing with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of project management and facilitating Scrum activities.
  • Experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality management techniques.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
