Overview:
CTG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Scheduler to support Nuclear and Engineering Projects. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate schedules for on-line, outage, and life-cycle projects using Primavera and Passport tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring integration across teams and disciplines.
Perform schedule maintenance between Passport and Primavera scheduling tools.
Resolve schedule conflicts and create out-year plans for various project sizes.
Lead schedule review meetings, critical path analysis, and post-work critiques.
Communicate technical information effectively to project teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced experience with Primavera P6 and Passport scheduling tools.
Experience with report development (Crystal Reports or SQL-based tools).
Knowledge of outage and on-line risk management software (Paragon).
PMP Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering or Nuclear Technology with 8+ years of nuclear project experience; OR
Associate degree with 10+ years of experience; OR
High school diploma/GED with 12+ years of relevant nuclear operations, maintenance, or engineering experience.
SRO License or Certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $58.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
